WWW Wednesday (17th February 2021)

It’s another WWW Wednesday! We are almost at the end of another week, anyone else feel like February is hurtling by?

This weekly meme was created by Taking on a World of Words and is based on answering the following 3 questions:

What are you currently reading?

What did you recently finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m currently reading one book – Rebecca Hardiman’s first novel, Good Eggs. The publication date for this one is 18th March – but I stupidly thought it was tomorrow! Regardless, I do want to read this this month as I have a lot planned to read in March.

This month has been a very slow reading month but it has also been a great one for quality reads – including this book. I’ve already reviewed this one and posted a Q&A which I’d definitely recommend looking at if you haven’t already!

I actually finished listening to this one today during my shift. It was a light-hearted, easy, LGBTQ+ romance. It’s also the first audiobook I’ve ever listened to but I loved exploring a different way to read and would definitely listen to an audiobook again.

Once I’ve finished Good Eggs, I’m going to get into this one. I requested it a while back on NetGalley and can’t wait to read it – and make a dent on my NetGalley shelf!

This is my second read for March and I’m looking forward to getting into it. It sounds like a departure from my usual reads and chosen genres but I’m still predicting this will be a good one.

So there’s my answers for another WWW Wednesday. I’m kind of in denial about this week going so fast – having not done much to show for it – but I’m definitely not in denial about book related things (considering reading, talking about and writing about books is all I seem to be doing right now!).

What are you currently reading, what have you recently finished, what’s your next read(s)?

You can find me (and more things books, baking and everything in between) on:
