Books

My May TBR

I’ll be posting my Monthly Wrap-up post for April tomorrow but, for now, I wanted to let you know what books I’ll be reading (or hoping to read) next month.

I actually managed to read the three books I had planned for next month (though one of them was definitely going to be read before next month, as I had a blog tour date scheduled for May 1st!) so I’m moving on to books with June release dates.

Real Men Knit by Kwana Jackson
(Goodreads Link)

When I saw a blog tour for this book I jumped at the chance. My knitting skills are none existent but – if you hadn’t guessed already – I love a good romance so I’m looking forward to it.

This is Jackson’s debut, meaning I have nothing else to compare it to, so I’m going into this one blind. I think this will be a sweet story, which will be a great way to start the month.

You & Me on Vacation by Emily Henry
(Goodreads Link)

When I saw a blog tour for this book, I jumped at the chance to get involved. Whilst actual holidays feel miles away, I’m looking forward to reading this story of vacations over the years.

This is Henry’s follow up to Beach Read, a book I haven’t read (yet), so I’m going into this one fairly blind. Saying that, I’m looking forward to reading this one.

Blue Hawaiian by Rachel Luna
(Goodreads Link)

When I saw a blog tour opportunity for this one, I jumped at the chance. I won’t lie, I’ve completely forgotten what it’s about but I love the gorgeous, summery cover.

This is Luna’s debut, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I’m looking forward to a dash of summer against the unpredictable British weather!

The Lucky Escape by Laura Jane Williams
(Goodreads Link)

I’m a massive fan of Williams’ books so I was made up to get find her latest book on my NetGalley shelf (it’s on my most anticipated reads list).

This is Williams’ latest book and I can’t wait for it.

So that’s it, my April TBR. What books will you be reading in April? Do you plan each month’s reading or are you more spontaneous? Let’s chat all about it šŸ’¬.
