I feel like we’re absolutely racing through July and – unlike last year – I haven’t read as many books. I’m not going to beat myself up about it, though, as I’m taking time to enjoy life outside of reading – which isn’t something I’ve been able to do for a while!
As always, I’ll just remind everyone this challenge was created by Sam and centres around answering the following questions:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Last week, I mentioned that – whilst this is one of the books on my TBR for this month – I hadn’t actually started Dial A For Aunties by Jesse Q Sutanto. I’m happy to report that I’m making my way through this book now and – whilst my full review won’t be posted until I finish this book – I can tell you that this is a joy to read, I love the funny tone to it and the characters are excellent —— it’s making me very excited for the upcoming Netflix adaptation…provided they don’t mess it up!

July is proving to be a slow reading month for me, as I’m pretty busy doing other things, so I haven’t actually finished anything recently.

I have no idea what I want to read next! I half heartedly started reading The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren this week so I think that’ll be my next read but I might change my mind — so watch this space!
So that wraps up another WWW Wednesday. What have you been reading at the moment? I’d love to chat about recent/upcoming reads with you 😊.

For more things books, baking and everything in between, you can find me on:
So glad I’m not the only who feels like July is a whirlwind omg
