My August TBR

I’ll be posting my July wrap-up post tomorrow but, for now, I wanted to give you a heads up I’ll be reading next month (I refuse to believe this year is going so fast).

Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid

(Goodreads Link)

I’m finally reading one of the most talked about books 🎉! I did start reading this a while back but, for some reason or another, I put it down and haven’t picked it up..until now.

Having read Malibu Rising , I now understand the Taylor Jenkins Reid hype so — even though I’m a little reluctant considering the mixed reviews I’ve seen —- I’m excited to see if I like this one, too!

The Ex Talk by Rachel Lynn Solomon

(Goodreads Link)

Once I’m finished with Daisy Jones & The Six, I’ll be reading my most recent Kindle purchases, starting with The Ex Talk by Rachel Lynn Solomon.

This is a book I’ve wanted to read for ages, as a massive fan of the enemies to lovers trope, so hopefully it lives up to the (self imposed) hype.

Out of Love by Hazel Hayes

(Goodreads Link)

Another book I purchased on my Kindle recently was Out of Love by Hazel Hayes.

I’ve seen so many people talking about this book so, before FOMO takes hold, I’ll be giving it a read. I might be a massive cynic navigating the fun but extremely frustrating world that is modern dating, but that doesn’t stop me loving a love story. This one is a little different but I’m still very excited to give it a read.

So that’s it, my (slightly longer than last month’s )TBR for August! I’m looking forward to reading these books (and hopefully some others I hadn’t thought about) next month. What will you be reading in August? Feel free to let me know because I’m always looking for inspiration for what to read next 😊.
