Music Mondays #50

Just like that we’ve found ourselves in another Monday! I’m coming to terms with working full time from home coming to an end (a lot sooner than I thought) but, as with most problems, music is helping a great deal.

Here are five tracks I’ve been listening to and loving at the moment.

Billie Eilish, Billie Bossa Nova

I definitely missed the boat with Billie Eilish but – recently – I’ve come to realise she is worth the hype.

This track is relaxing and soulful. It’s stripped back and shows off Eilish’s haunting vocals well.

Biig Piig, Switch

I’ve added a few Biig Piig tracks to the playlist but, considering how much I’ve listened to this song, it makes sense to add this one to the playlist as well.

The track is a fun, upbeat song which you’ll definitely want to listen to over and over – if you’re anything like me, anyway!

Etta Marcus (featuring Matt Maltese), Salt Lake City

I’m a big fan of Matt Maltese so this song popped up on my Release Radar recently and I was pleasantly surprised.

The track is a chilled out acoustic track with gorgeous vocal harmonies and stunning instrumentals.

Japanese Breakfast, Kokomo, IN

If you know me, you’ll know I love a sad indie girl track as much as the next..sad indie girl?

The track is a soft acoustic track that’s dreamy and takes me back to blissful summer days even though it’s ridiculously cold right now!

Suki Waterhouse, Moves

I stumbled upon this track a while back when it popped up on my Release Radar and put it on whenever I see it on a mix now.

The track is very easy to listen to, with gorgeous guitar and soft vocals.

What have you been listening to at the moment? I’d love to chat and share recommendations! 😊.
